I usually try to drink as much liquids as I can. It's hard for me to stomach much food when I'm so nervous. So I try to stick with gatorade and smoothies.

I usually like to eat something hearty for breakfast. Some good oatmeal and a banana or something like that. I can't really eat anything during a tournament either.
